July Enjoy all things potato at the Maine Potato Blossom Festival in Fort Fairfield. July Woofstock: Dog-Friendly Food & Beer Festival is at the Animal Welfare Society in Kennebunkport. July-August It's time for Lobster Fest in Rockland! August Head to Machias for the annual blueberry festival. Enjoy food, fun, crafts, and of course tons of blueberries. |

It's Paws in the Park and Clear the Shelters at the Kennebec Valley Humane Society in Augusta from 10-2. August Go to LL Bean in Freeport for Save a Stray 5K & Festival, the Coastal Humane Society are teaming up with the famous retailer for a great day of fun and frolic. August Pet Rock in the Park music and fun festival is at Deering Oaks in Portland from 11-4. August Catch a game with your furry friend! The Portland Sea Dogs are hosting Bark in the Park. September Barks in the Park is on the Gardiner waterfront from 10-2. September It's the annual Whisker Walk to benefit the Humane Society of Knox County in Rockland. Pickles, Preserves and Pies Harvest Festival is at Lincolnville Beach from 9-2. October The Dogtoberfest Costume Parade hits Ogunquit from 11-11:30. October The Planet Dog Foundation is having a costume party from 5:30-8PM. November-December Get your Santa pet photos Monday nights from 5-8PM at the Maine Mall in South Portland.
